At Living Brave Through Breast Cancer, our Post-Operative Home Health Care services are designed to walk alongside patients and families during this tender and often challenging season of healing. Our dedicated care team provides personalized care in the comfort of home, including bathing and personal hygiene assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meaningful companionship, and respite caregiver support. We proudly offer services two days a week, giving family caregivers time to rest, work, and attend to personal responsibilities with peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving compassionate, attentive care. It is our commitment to caring for the whole person, physically, emotionally, and practically, because at Living Brave, no one should ever have to heal alone.
