Founder & CEO
Zell Randle
Living Brave Through Breast Cancer (TBC) was launched in 2017. Zell and the Living Brave Through Breast Cancer Team started hosting fundraisers throughout the year to support those referred to the organization for assistance. The Team is dedicated to hosting an annual free event to raise awareness about early detection of breast cancer and support those impacted by this horrible disease.

Co- Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Avis Randle
Avis Randle, Co-Founder and COO, has always been passionate about promoting family and community health, as well as the holistic well-being of youth and adults. Avis realized that her life's purpose goes beyond medicine. Her technical knowledge and education have instilled in her a positive outlook, dedication, and optimism towards achieving collective goals.

Chief Financial Officer
Roxanne Benton
Roxanne is the Chief Financial Officer at Living Brave Through Breast Cancer. She has been with the team since 2017 and manages the company's finances, which includes risk management, tax preparation service, financial reporting, and data analysis.

Executive Coordinator Director
Connie Lofton
Connie Lofton, Executive Coordinator Director for Living Brave Through Breast Cancer for the past four years and counting. As the ECD, it's been an absolute honor to collaborate with everyone involved. Living Brave Through Breast Cancer is a cause that's very near and dear to my heart, and my family and I have always been committed to supporting breast cancer awareness in some way. But when it personally affected our family and a close friend, I joined the team and got involved with Living Brave Through Breast Cancer, and together as a team, we've successfully organized multiple fundraisers, including two Black Tie Galas and four Early Detection Awareness Symposiums.

Executive Director of Strategic Planning
Nicolette Randle
Nicolette Randle is a valuable part of the Living Brave Through Breast Cancer team. She's not only a family member, but also holds the role of Executive Director of Strategic Planning since 2018. She works closely with the CEO and COO to define and manage strategic planning, organize events, and raise funds. Nicolette also evaluates the performance of the plan to ensure success.

Medical Director
Dr. Kevia Bland, M.D.
Dr. Kevia Bland, M.D. is a compassionate and experienced board-certified breast surgeon dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals facing breast health concerns. With extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of breast conditions, she is well-equipped to address breast cancer and other breast health issues with care, precision, and compassion.
Dr. Bland is committed to working closely with patients and their families to help them navigate the complexities of the healthcare journey while striving to achieve the best possible outcomes and quality of life. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes education, understanding, and compassionate support throughout the treatment process.
For the past five years, Dr. Bland has served as the Medical Director for Living Brave Through Breast Cancer. In this role, she plays a key part in advancing the organization’s mission by providing valuable education on breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection. Each year, she serves as a featured speaker at Living Brave’s Annual Early Detection Awareness Symposium, where she educates the community on recognizing early warning signs and taking proactive steps toward better health.
Her commitment to community education has had a meaningful impact, helping individuals better understand breast health and the importance of early detection—knowledge that has contributed to lives being positively affected through awareness and timely action.

Medical Director
Dr. Ashley Mallory ,M.D.
Dr. Ashley Mallory, M.D. serves as the Medical Director for Living Brave Through Breast Cancer. As a dedicated family physician, she is committed to working closely with patients and their families to help them navigate complex healthcare challenges while striving to achieve the best possible outcomes and quality of life.
For the past five years, Dr. Mallory has supported the mission of Living Brave Through Breast Cancer by providing valuable education on breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection. Although she currently practices medicine in another state, she remains deeply connected to the organization and travels to Michigan each year to participate in Living Brave’s programs, including the Annual Early Detection Awareness Symposium.
Through her leadership and commitment to community health education, Dr. Mallory helps ensure that individuals and families receive accurate information, compassionate guidance, and resources that empower them to make informed healthcare decisions.

Chief Advisory Officer
Dr. Aaron Mallory, PhD.
Dr. Aaron Mallory, PhD.is the Founder & CEO of GRO Community, a nonprofit organization with the aim of providing assistance to males, particularly those who belong to marginalized communities or are often misinterpreted by society. Aaron has more than ten years of experience in the field and has worked closely with African-American males dealing with various behavioral challenges. Additionally, Aaron is the Chief Advisory Officer (CAO) for Living Brave Through Breast Cancer, a position he has held since 2018. He plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting the organization's strategic planning, ensuring that all decisions align with its mission and goals.

Chief Designer Officer and
Owner of Designs By Denise
Denise Brooks-Mann
Denise Brooks-Mann, CEO and Founder of Designs by Denise, is a Certified Event Designer with an extensive portfolio. She has received her accreditation from the Institute of Weddings and Event Design School (IWED) and a certificate of completion from Behind the Veil Academy in fresh floral design and installation. Her training has allowed designing at the Kessler Collection Forsythe Mansion in Savannah, Georgia, with the Behind the Veil Academy, The Living Brave through Breast Cancer Organization Annual Gala at TCF Conference Center in Detroit, Michigan, and Early Detection Awareness Symposium at the Westin Hotel in Southfield, Michigan.
Denise has been a member of Living Brave Through Breast Cancer since its inception in 2017 and consistently creates impressive decor for EDA and Black Tie Gala events as a talented designer and artist. She is also a graphic designer, specializing in multimedia presentations, company branding, event programs, invitations, and stationery. Owner of TAP Photography & Videographer
Tim Peoples
Tim Peoples is the CEO and Founder of TAP Photography & Videographer with over a decade of experience, he is an expert in overseeing the creative and technical aspects of visual creation, including photography and videography projects. Tim is also a member of Living Brave Through Breast Cancer, contributing to the organization's objective of capturing unforgettable moments of life-changing events.
TAP Photography coordinates all aspects of photo and video projects, including budgeting, scheduling, location scouting, and equipment selection. TAP Photography & Videography plays a vital role in creating compelling visual content that effectively conveys messages and tells the stories of Living Brave Through Breast Cancer, engaging audiences across various platforms.

Executive Director of Media Relations
DeNero Randle
DeNero serves as the Executive Director of Media Relations and leads Public Relations and Communications for Living Brave Through Breast Cancer. In this role, he is responsible for helping share the organization’s mission, programs, and community impact through strategic communication and media outreach.
Through his leadership, DeNero works to strengthen public awareness of Living Brave Through Breast Cancer by building relationships with media outlets, coordinating public messaging, and supporting community engagement efforts. His work helps ensure that the organization’s voice, mission, and initiatives are communicated clearly to the community, partners, and supporters.
DeNero also plays a key role in promoting events, initiatives, and educational programs that support breast cancer awareness and early detection. By helping expand the organization’s visibility and outreach, he contributes to growing the Living Brave community and strengthening its ability to educate, inspire, and support individuals and families affected by breast cancer.

Director of Special Events
Nibras Aljony
Nibra serves as the Director of Special Events for Living Brave Through Breast Cancer, where he leads the planning and coordination of events that support the organization’s mission and bring the community together. Through his leadership and attention to detail, he helps create meaningful gatherings that raise awareness about breast cancer, promote the importance of early detection, and strengthen connections within the Living Brave community.
Nibra works closely with the organization’s leadership team to develop events that provide opportunities for education, encouragement, and community engagement. His efforts help ensure that Living Brave’s programs and special events create welcoming spaces where fighters, survivors, families, and supporters can come together in support of the mission.
Through his dedication to organizing impactful events and outreach initiatives, Nibra plays an important role in helping Living Brave Through Breast Cancer continue its work of educating communities and uplifting individuals affected by breast cancer.

Director and Coordinator of Special Events
Nora Aljony
Nora serves as the Director and Coordinator of Special Events for Living Brave Through Breast Cancer. In this role, she works closely with the leadership team to plan and organize events that support the organization’s mission and bring the community together.
Through her dedication and attention to detail, Nora helps coordinate programs and gatherings that raise awareness about breast cancer, promote the importance of early detection, and create opportunities for education and community engagement. Her work helps ensure that Living Brave events are welcoming, meaningful, and impactful for fighters, survivors, families, and supporters.
By helping manage the planning and coordination of special events, Nora plays an important role in strengthening Living Brave Through Breast Cancer’s outreach and supporting initiatives that uplift individuals and families affected by breast cancer.
