Service Description

Short-term home support services that allow family caregivers time away to attend appointments, work obligations, personal responsibilities, or self-care activities while ensuring their loved one continues receiving attentive and dependable assistance in the home. Medicaid-covered services may be available for eligible clients. Coverage and authorized hours are determined through individual care assessments and approved service plans.
